Uhmm, how was this calculated? By ultrasound or using your Last menstrual period?IS there a certain amount of days before and after what?? Please be more clear.
EDIT: Well it’s not exact and if it was,it would only be a coincidence. Not all women have a 28 day cycle and not all women ovulate on the 14th day of their cycle. This is what thats assumed when they come up with a conception date.Plus implantation could happen sooner or later in some women. Also, not all babies are the same.A baby due on Jan 8th can measure larger than a baby due Decemeber 8th.You have to consider all of that.Just know that you will give birth on your due date (if you’re lucky) or sometime around that date…or it is also possible to give birth way before or after.Just enjoy your pregnancy and wait. The baby will be here!

They come up with your conception date based on the start date of your last period. women usually ovulate 14 days after starting their period. This is usually what is used for your conception date. Smetimes they will hange your conception or due date based on an ultrasound.

Its based on the fact that you would ovulate 14 – 16 days after your Last Menstrual period, But that is not always true for some, for me I didn’t ovulate till I was at 21 days after my LMP. I knew this from using an Ovulation prediction Kit So its pretty accurate but frankly unless you were using some kind of method to KNOW when you ovulated you will never actually know at all! Congrats on the pregnancy!

They calculate from the first day of your last period. Conception should be 14 days after that but it can be 3 days either way. They count how far pregnant you are from the first day of your last period for just that reason.

It’s an estimated conception date, as it is not possible to actually know the day you conceived. ***** can live for up to a week inside of you and an egg can live for 24-48 hours after it is released. Plus, it is possible that you ovulated early or late… Which is why they go by your LMP instead of your conception date.
