pregnancy symptoms week by week
Krysta1007 asked:

My period is due in 5 days but I’m having a lot of what seem to be pregnancy symptoms such as sensitive and achy breasts/nipples, nausea, crampiness, being very emotional and just this weird feeling that I am. I usually only have cramps before my period. Could this be signs of pregnancy already? Anybody else experience this?
I’m 22 years old. I was on the pill 5 years, now off for 4 months. My diet and physical activity has stayed the same. My cycles have always been 28-31 days.

im going through that too but im not nauseous at all just really sensitive nipples, the only thing i can say is wait for your period to show, if it doesnt then take test if it does you safe…. its a horrible wait!!!

i was extremely tired and cranky and feeling sick 1 1/2 weeks before my period was due. I was convinced that i was sick with something and when i went to the dr he said that being pregnant can do strang things to your body. did the stick test 3 days before due for period and positive so did blood test. i now have a beautiful 8 1/2 month old boy.

Yes! I have 3 children and felt weird early on all 3 times. I never waited to miss a period to take a test. You could just be very hormonally sensitive. Take a test if you feel like you have to know right away. Wishful thinking can play tricks on your mind, though, so waiting a little while doesn’t hurt!

I have large ******* (I’m a DD) and I always have the sore ******* and nipples, before, during and after my period. So I don’t know if that’s a good indicator or not.
But pregnancy tests are getting better and more reliable, if you’re worried I suggest you try EPT brand. That one usually lets you know the soonest.

A lot of factors are involved here such as age and if you are using any kind of contraceptive that is introducing horomones into your system.

I constantly fluctuated PMS symptoms as a teenager and as a 26-yr-old my body decided to change from a 28-day cycle to a 20-day cycle.

Allergies, nutrition, and physical activity also seemed to play a role in how hard it hit me each time and if certain symptoms would manifest themselves.

Your symptoms are standard PMS symptoms for a lot of people, but they are also what some women describe when they first become pregnant.

There is really no way to tell from the information you have offered. If you are worried, you should go get a pregnancy test. If you are still concerned in a week or the results are inconclusive, you should go see your doctor.

Hope you get the “real” answer you want!!

i am going thought the same thing, i am now 3 days late for my period, and have have pregnancy symptoms:

very tingly nipples, sore ****** extremely tired, i just feel different. i done a HPT but it was negative…going to see my doc tommorw

the wait is awful i know but wait until you are due and if you do not come on do a test, if it shows up negative and you still do not come on do another test in a couple days, the most accurate time to do a test is 1 week after your due date (regardless of what it says on the box), or visit your doctor.

That’s exactly how it worked for me. I called my dr. b/c I thought I had the flu and I was way dizzy and lightheaded. It didn’t show up on a test for about another 1-2 weeks, but I definately felt something was up before then.
