Not that I know of. Wracking my brains, but can’t think of anything.

No. Most times miscarriage is a mystery. I wish there was a way to know but there is no scientific, medical way of knowing.

They say that women who experience morning sickness have a much greater chance of not miscarrying.

Nope not really, but to correct a previous poster: Its past 12-14 weeks that the chances go down. After the first trimestor, not after 7 weeks.

Can’t think of anything but sometimes miscarriages occur when there is something wrong with the genetic make-up of the baby.The only thing you can do is take your Folic Acid tablets, eat a variety of healthy foods, relax and be happy and leave the rest to nature. God forbid that should happen but at least it’s comforting to know that you did your best. As painful as a miscarriage can be, there is a reason for it that even science sometimes can not explain.

No.
If your not bleeding, not in any pain and you scan shows everything is normal then thats great but things can take a turn for the worse at any moment.
Sorry =(

I’ve read that at 8 weeks with a detectable heart beat on ultrasound the chances of miscarriage goes from 10 – 15 % down to 2% though it can still happen in later weeks it is much less likely. Im at 8 weeks now but im still afraid.

Morning Sickness or feeling nasea period. This means that you progesterone is nice and high to support your pregnancy. Usually when a woman has morning sickness (can happen any time of day), she doesn’t miscarry. Good Luck!

I’ve heard that the stronger your pregnancy symptoms are, the less likely you are to miscarry. My mum has been pregnant three times – resulting in two miscarriages and me – and apparently when she was having me, her morning sickness was much worse than with her other two pregnancies. It’s to do with hormone levels. But miscarriages can happen for many reasons, and there’s really no guarantee. Good luck!
